Smith has been working in the insurance industry for more than 40 years. He has received a BS/BA and executive masters of business degree from Xavier University. He has held many prominent positions in Clinton County and currently serves the community as a Wilmington College board member.

Smith joined SFM in 1993. He has earned a bachelor of science/bachelor of arts degree in finance from Xavier University and a master of business degree from the University of Notre Dame. He has served on various community boards and is a member of the Wilmington Rotary.

"I grew up watching my father and grandfather help clients put their lives back together after a devastating loss. Insurance is a natural fit for me and I continue to further the work of my relatives by providing security to all of our clients."

Vandervort has worked in the insurance industry since 1974 and joined SFM in 1984. He earned a bachelors degree in business from Miami University and is currently a member of the Professional Insurance Agents Association.

Luttrell has more than 16 years of experience in the insurance industry. He became a part of the SFM team in 1988 after studying at The Ohio State University for two years.

Sherry Barbosky, CIC

Barbosky is a graduate of Franklin University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. She has more than 16 years of experience in the insurance industry. In 1999, she merged her own insurance agency, Burrell Insurance with SFM. She is a current member of the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Delaware County Board of Realtors and the United Way of Delaware County.

"I was encouraged by my father to enter the insurance industry. Both he and my grandfather worked for years to meet the insurance needs of Ohioans and I continue their work today. For me, insurance has always been a family commitment and clients are my extended family."

Kathleen Kraynak

Kraynak is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor's of science degree in Psychology. She has more than 9 years of experience in the insurance industry. In 2004, Kraynak joined SFM Insurance as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. She is a member of various organizations in the Mason area including the Lakota West Band Upbeat Club.

Griehm joined SFM in July 2007 as the Claims Service Representative. She graduated from Clearview High School in Lorain, Ohio and attended Southern State Community College. Carolyn currently holds a Property and Casualty Insurance Agents License.

Libby is a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative and has been with SFM since September of 2000. A graduate of Brookhaven High School, she has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Libby currently holds a Property and Casualty Insurance Agents License.

Linda joined SFM in August of 2003 and is currently a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. She graduated from London High School in London, Ohio. Linda has a Property and Casualty Insurance Agents license and has been in the insurance industry for over 4 years.

Dona Perine

Dona became a member of our team in December of 2004 as our Life and Health Service Representative. She graduated from St. John Central High School in Bellaire, OH. She also attended Belmont Co. Technical College. Dona has had 3 years of prior experience in the insurance industry and 10 years experience with workers compensation.

Stephanie Hummel

Stephanie joined our agency in November of 2003 as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. She graduated from Valparaiso High School in Indiana and attended Valparaiso University and Lake Forest College. Stephanie has 10 years experience in the insurance industry, with 6 of those years spent as an underwriting assistant for remedial action contractors where she specialized in asbestos and lead abatement contracts. She currently holds a Property and Casualty Insurance Agents License.

Deb Miller

Miller has been in the insurance industry for over twenty-eight years with over twenty years in the commercial line of business. Miller joined the SFM team in May 2007. Her primary duty is to serve as the primary contact between the insured SFM clients and the insurance company, handling all day-to-day activities including the renewals. A licensed Property and Casualty agent, she also has her rating background.

Julie Butcher

Julie came to work at SFM in the summer of 1997 as our Controller. She handles the accounting, human resources, and building maintenance for all of our corporate offices. Julie is a Past President of the Human Resource Association of SouthWestern Ohio and a WSU Alumni.

Judy Henry

Judy joined SFM in March of 2003 as our receptionist. She is a graduate of East Clinton High School and has over 18 years of office and receptionist experience.

Fouch is the Accounting/Human Resources Assistant for SFM. She joined the SFM team in May, 2007. With over seven years of experience in accounting, she is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree at Wilmington College.
